SKEDSEAL PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Lucy Garrett Beckham High School, South Carolina (Jul2018 - Jun2020)
A new high school for the Charleston County School District will serve the Mt. Pleasant/ East Cooper community of South Carolina. The school will accommodate 1,500 students and will be approximately 245,000 SF. The school began construction in early Summer 2018.

CE Williams Middle School, South Carolina (Oct2018 - Apr2020)
A new middle school for the Charleston County School District will serve the community of South Carolina. The school will be approximately 138,000 SF. The school began construction in early Summer 2018.

China Mobile Inc., San Jose California USA (CMI) Data Center (Jun2019 - May2021)
CCA/Plaza Construction was awarded the China Mobile International (CMI) Data Center Development project in San Jose, California. The 300,000-square-foot structure will be built for LEED Silver certification. Upon completion, there will be a data center and an office park, and the building will receive UPTIME Tier III construction certification.

SPRINGFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Charleston, SC, USA
A new two-story 68,000 square foot, 750 student K-5 facility on the
existing site. The facility will include 40 instructional spaces with complementary support areas as
indicated in the Educational Specifications. The existing facility will be demolished at the end of
construction. Students will remain in the existing facility as well as utilizing three temporary portable
classroom units during the approximate two-year construction.
MT. PLEASANT TOWN HALL. Mt. Pleasant, SC, USA
Phased demolition, geotechnical ground improvements, phased site-work, and construction of an approximately 92,000 square foot steel frame building. The building is designed as an essential facility, as defined by the International Building Code, and will include associated mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and communication systems. The building program includes a council chamber, courtroom, police department, and all of the town's administrative departments and support facilities. Site-work will include the phased construction of utility infrastructure, parking areas, a municipal park, and landscaping.
